Do young people think pleasure should be included in sexuality education? What possibilities and potential challenges do they foresee for its inclusion in this curriculum area? This keynote explores data from several research projects undertaken with young people aged 16-18 years in New Zealand. It examines their understandings of pleasure and some of the ways it has been ‘put to work’ by those including this issue in the curriculum to date.
